Immigrant Service members perform the same duties as their comrades who are U.S. Citizens. Yet, without becoming U.S. citizens themselves, Immigrant service members face possible removal from the United States. As recently reported by the Associated Press, many such veterans face this possibility.
If you are a service member, or a veteran, and are not a U.S. citizen, it is highly recommended that you contact a naturalization attorney to guide you in your naturalization application and to ensure you are eligible for naturalization. Without naturalizing you risk the possibility of removal from the United States.
